  1. What is On Demand Support?
    imply put, remote support is you allow us to connect to, diagnose, and repair your machine from our office.
  2. Is On Demand Support safe?
    Yes, Our services utilizes 128-bit encryption at all times to ensure nothing sensitive is shared with any third party. All session are recorded on a secure server in the event any question about a session shall arise.
  3. After we connect once can we connect anytime we want?
    Absolutely not. This service is strictly based on you being present at your machine to allow us in each and everytime.
  4. How easy is this to setup?
    All you have to do is click the link in the email we send you, and permit us to connect to your machine.
  5. What if at any time I feel uncomfortable with what you are doing?
    You retain full control over the keyboard and mouse and may end the support session at ANY time.
  6. Are there any types of protections in place for you?
    Yes. As we mentioned above all sessions are encrypted and recorded on our secure servers.
  7. How will we communicate while in a remote support session?
    The remote support session has a chat window feature. Not a very good typist and would feel more comfortable on the phone, then so be it.
  8. What type of billing and payments do you accept?
    As a "general" rule we bill 65.00 per session up to one hour, then 65.00 hourly after that. Due to the uniqueness of some situations, billing will be discussed with you up front. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Bank Cards
  9. How will I be billed?
    After services and prices are agreed upon, we will email you a bill and you click the secure link and enter payment information. Then we begin to diagnose and repair your PC. It's that easy!! We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Bank Cards.
  10. What is required of me?
    A working high speed internet connection, whether that be DSL, Cable, Satellite, or Wireless.
